Older boilers tend to have some of the heat that is supposed to be circulating around your house escaping through the flue and casing. With condensing boilers however, their bigger heat exchanger retains more of that lost heat, making it more efficient saving you money and are less likely to cause you any breakdowns in the future.

All our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered which makes us qualified to give you the best advice possible for your property. If you are looking to replace your old problematic boiler or central heating system, we are happy to give you an estimate.
Please note, the above price is for a like-for-like combination boiler swap with a standard horizontal flue. Existing boiler flue should be of the round type and have adequate clearance from an openable window or door. The new boiler will be fitted in the same existing position using the existing suitable gas and water pipes. Existing external controls are replaced using already available suitable electric cables. And there should be a suitable access for the condense pipe installation within two metres of boiler.
